Poker Trade Stimulator

Postby Mendozaco » Sat Dec 15, 2018 4:41 pm

I just picked up this poker trade stimulator from an online auction in WV. I drove for 8+ hours. It needs a back door and the card display. It works and the chrome is in good shape.

I know I asked before what it is, but I can't find a description from the name provided. Your insight and help will be appreciated.

Look like some sort of variation of a Mills jumbo success .
It’s missing a top marque . The lower coin viewing door looks like it could be a reproduction of some sort .
Do a google search “Mills jumbo success” you will find similarities.

Sam2002, Thank you for the lead. It got me started on the right path. You are right about this machine being a variation.

Here is what I found out about this machine. There are three different categories for the "Success" trade stimulator machines (1) Mills Success, (2) Mills Jumbo Success, and (3) The Jombo Success, Jr. One noticeable differences between (1) and (2) is the lock, key and door under the glass where the coins accumulate before the weight of the coins "overbalance the receptacle and automatically drops the content below" into a cash box. My trade stimulator is missing the door and lock on the front of the machine.

I believe the name of this machine is "Mills Success". There two videos in youtube showcasing the other category i.e Mills Jombo Success. I wasn't able to find information about the Jr. category or pictures. How much are these machines worth?

If anyone has a picture please upload it. Please feel to correct any missed information. Every bit helps.

I believe that your machine is a Hamilton card machine.

Im still thinking Mills . The ridge on top of your machine where the marque should be , is it part of the casting ? Or is it attached to the upper shell with screws ? Is there a locking door below the coin viewing window that drops the coins ? Or any door below that window ?

Here is a similar item sold 7n 2007. The site called it "Jumbo Success" too.
