Flamingo slot keys ???

Postby JHSS-1944 » Thu Jul 06, 2017 3:43 am

Hello to all.
this is up on ebay, owner has 7 or 8 of them at home. make any sense to anyone ?
Story line , keys for mills machines used at the Flamingo hotel casino.
the guy tells a good story (on every thing he has).
looks to me to be an early mills key , "up till the 1930's". But that casino didn't open until Dec. 26, 1946. I believe it opened with a total of 42 slot machines , which 30 were Mills , rest possibly pace machines. Mr. Siegel wasn't using beat up old machines on opening night for sure.
plus , what is the other key also shown ??

I have no real interest in buying this item , just thrown off by it.

You should buy it, You know....
That other key is from that "hidden safe" in the basement of the Flamingo Hotel,
They specially left it there unopened because they "lost" the key to it trough time and because of
the relations Bugsy had with the MOB they where a little affraid on ending up like Bugsy one day if they tried to open it.
The story is: who has the key can go over there and open it, I believe the safe is filled with Gold & Diamonds now worth around 50 million $$$$

Listen if the shipping for the key would not have been so complicated and expensive I would have bought it myself but I give You the first chance :-D :D :-D

I'm not in any hurry to buy this. he has 6 or 7 others just like this, older style mills key, oddball key & the disc they're attached to.
just thought someone here might have a clue... at least on the oddball key.
