Hi, I would like to know how easy the Columbia`s arm pulls? Also does it seem to be very reliable? The reason I ask is my wife has 2 cousins we would like to buy something like this for them. The thing is she is 89 and he is 93, they get around and do great for their age but I think they would need something that pulls easy if they do it for any length of time. I was told some of them pull easy while others seem to pull harder. Also I would like to know is this have to be picked up or do you ship? Thank you very much for your time! Richard.

HI

I would stay away from the Columbia slot. Many of the parts were made of pot metal and they break apart with age. Good luck. The mills high top are a good choice. They run great and are trouble free.
