Jennings Chief – lost key, need alternative to tubular lock

Postby kaiserchief » Wed Aug 05, 2026 7:47 am

Hi everyone. I recently moved and unfortunately lost the key to my Jennings Chief slot machine in the process. I already purchased a 7-pin tubular locksmith set (7.0/7.5/7.8mm) — described as a high-strength extended tool set for vending machines & safes — but I haven't been able to get the machine open with it. Does anyone have experience with this specific lock type or know of an alternative approach? I'd like to avoid calling a locksmith for now if possible. Thanks in advance for any tips!

The lock is not the correct length or the cam on the lock is your problem.
