Mills award card Bib

Good morning everyone,
I am looking for a Mills award card Bib like the picture below except I need a double cherry pay in 3-5. I don't need the jewel on the card, I have one. I would just like to have the area below the payout symbols and above the jackpot to be blank like the one pictured.
