WTB Watling Rol A Top Maintenance Handle

Postby bkrsdoz » Fri Dec 20, 2019 12:25 pm

I am looking for a handle to operate the Rol A Top mech out of the cabinet.
Anyone making these?
Thanks,
Bob

Here is a picture of a handle that I made that works with a watling rol a top. I can possibly make another after the holidays if you are interested.

Oldslotman!
Love the fact you added the extra piece of strap iron at the pivot point, Great Idea!
I have one that I had made many years ago out of 1/4" strap iron by 1" but it always wants to slip off on activating the mech!
I guess mine has an update in it's future!

That extra piece does help a lot. I had the same problem until I added that extra piece.
