Baby Watling

I have a baby Watling gold seal award machine. The clock mechanism trashed so I bought another. Machine was working before old clock broke. I installed new clock and the reels hardly move. I sent the clock to another slot guy and he said it was fine. Neither him or me can figure this out. Can anyone help please. Gonna try to upload video
