Postby Bally Bill » Mon Dec 26, 2022 9:50 am

Hello All,I was looking at Home depot/Lowes for the hold down thumb screws (2 I think?) for the reel mechanism for the Mills Castle series and was wondering if its 1/4 -28 thread with a length of 1 inch from the bottom of the thumb screw? Thanks for looking! Bill

Happy Holidays and hope everyone is doing well, wondering if any collectors have a picture of the correct mechanism hold down bolt that mills used. I have not seen a single machine with the bolt and was hoping to find something similar than using this one. Thank you

Hi oldslotman-Thank you for your picture and now the hunt begins! I must say that since adding this screw and locking down the mechanism on my 3 mills machine, I have not had any coin or escalators issues especially on the Mills castle 10 cent machine. Happy Holidays and stay safe out there!
