Hello, Slots from my grandmothers estate

Postby ajenn » Tue Jul 14, 2020 3:51 pm

Hello,

So glad to have found the forum. I just listed some slots that we collected from my grandmothers estate. My mother intended to sell them and unfortunately she passed before really doing much with them. I am trying to see if they are worth anything and to find a good place to sell them. If you can tell me anything (other than what I have found out already) I would be grateful. If you're interested in any of them, they are currently in Utah but I could bring them to Northern CA.

I have been told the first one is a Mills High Top - I'm curious if the gold color is original. All the images I have seen online look enameled? This one doesn't have any chipped paint that would lead me to believe it was ever painted?

The second one is a Bally Wild Lemon Console. I was told that in it's current condition it isn't worth much but I'd hate to have it just go to the land fill. Is there anyone to would like this for parts??

The third one is a Pace , Open Face. I don't know much about this one either?

Thanks again for any information or direction you can provide.

That seems reasonable and fair. The slots are currently in Utah, how does one go about making arrangements and shipping something like this? I could also get it to Northern CA. Do you want additional images? And just curious, do you know if this machine has likely always been the gold color?

A UPS store will ship it. The gold color could be original. You would have to take the castings off to see if they are all gold and no other color on them. Let me know shipping to zip 07034. Thanks.
