Recognize this Mills part?

I had my Mills Extraordinary mechanism out for an oil & lube and found this part lying at the bottom.

It’s similar to the Coin Advancing Bar Clip in the escalator, but that has two holes and this only has one (and that part is present in the escalator)

It is a copper tension plate. It hold the payout slide stop lever down in place. it is held in place by a screw that holds the clock in place.
