Noob needs help - Bally Dragon Wheel

Hello everyone, thanks for having me

I'm looking for help learning about this machine. I included a picture of the machine and the model number ID cards on the side.

I do heating and air conditioning, tinker with computers, and own a few pinball machines. So control boards and wiring usually is not a problem, but I can't find any information on this thing.

What manuals should I be looking for? S5000, 6000, 6000+. Any information would be great. Thanks
