Does anyone have or know how a Bally Disc was opened? The front appears to slide up off the body, but the top seems to need to tilt forward first.

Yes, I own one. The front is removed with a nutdriver and does slide off from the botton of frame to top. The top coin frame (rectangle small box on top of machine) must first be removed first to slide the face off and can be unattached using a nut driver as well. A pair of needle nose pliers removes the front knob. Hope this helps you out.
