Help identifying wall hanging vending machine

I bought it on a flee marked a year or so ago from a guy who originally picked it up in France. It was in terrible shape. I have since then restored it. I decided to leave the old french instructions as a curiosity. The rest of the graphics has been reproduced to match its original paint job.
I believe the machine is either french or american. Since neither french nor US gum machines are within my usual area of expertise, I'm reaching out for assistance. I have been looking through the usual sources without much luck so far.
Anyone able to indentify this one?
