I always find it interesting what happens to old manufacturing plants that go out of business.

Yes. I drove by the building a few years ago on a business trip to Chicago. My coworkers must have thought I was nuts to detour over to 4100 Fullerton to take a photo of the building, but it was pretty cool to see it restored and in use.
