Horse Wheel for Table Game?

Hi All,
I recently picked up this huge wheel for a table game or display. I’m trying to find out more…. With the push of a button, the lights start circling and odds reel starts spinning. 15 seconds later it stops to show the winning horse, odds, and whether it’s a daily double or not. I’ve heard Patrick Buckley may have used this at a 1939/1938 gambling convention as a display piece to announce the upcoming Buckley Track Odds console machine. Anyone can tell me anything else about it???
