I'm a newby looking for any information available on this machine. Thanks in advance.

It is a model 785 and has a replacement belly glass. I have one with the original glasses and can post a few pics if you want me to. A little pealing on the red paint on mine but I haven't had time to try to restore it. Looked for replacement glass but to no avail.

That belly glass may be the logo from some club, casino, or lounge that the machine was last operated in.
You may not want to replace it even if you could find an original replacement glass.
If you can find a bit of history that ties the machine to an establishment with that logo, that may actually increase its value (at least a little).

Usually Bally EM's are worth what you can get someone to pay for them. Not a huge market like the old mechanical slots is. I see machines list between 200 to 400 and listed with fleabay up to 650 on the average but dont see them bring that price often. Is your machine working? Is the paint on the glass peeling away from the glass? Is the chrome in good shape or pitted with rust spots or dimples? All these things can effect the value of the machines. I just bought mine in non working condition for 150, only because I always wanted a Bally machine with a progressive JP to add to my collection. I did check it before I bought it and there were no jumpers or butchered wiring done in it and all the mech were locked up with old grease but looked really clean besides that. I felt that all the workings would be fine and they were once I freed them up, runs very well. I would not have bought mine for that price if it showed signs of more problems.
Are looking to sell it.... if so send me a IM and we can talk. Need to know where you live because shipping one of these machines can eat up all value they might have after paying for it.

After looking closer, I see that yours has an extra space in the Progressive JP that has a stationary 0 in it. Might be a higher denomination machine than my nickle.

Thanks once again for the info. It's actually one I'm thinking about buying. If seems clear from the info here they are asking way too much at $700. We'll see where it goes.
