Mills Firebird 5 Cent Denomination Button

I have a 5 Cent Firebird with the coin return style bonnet that is missing the rectangular style denomination button.
I am searching for a 5 Cent button to make it complete.
I have attached a picture of the style I need.
Any help finding one would be greatly appreciated.
