Thanks in Advance for help with light-up Jennings Club Chief

Very happy to have found this forum! Already, your collective knowledge / wisdom has been of great help. Also, Kudos to Wes Harr for his assistance.

The lore is that my dad acquired this nickel Club Chief (Tic-Tac-Toe) in 1950, after the Montana Supreme Court ruled slots unconstitutional, but before it could be confiscated and destroyed. Matching numbers on mech and cabinet. It's been in an attic for decades (protected by a plaid dust-cover). Now, with a little lube and loosening of the reel brakes, it runs well, and pays out.

As shown in the pics, it is missing a machine screw. Anyone know the thread specs?

The cabinet is also in good shape, though the pay/reel window has something going on. What are your suggestions for cleaning the exterior, while preserving the patina?

The next step will be getting the lights to work. What suggestions do you have for that challenge?

The little window is delaminated. It’s a glass sandwich with plastic in between. You can take it apart or replace it with plain glass. You can take apart the light sockets and clean and replace them or replace the whole thing with LEDs

Good tip on the simichrome, Big Dave. Tube should arrive today.

The missing screw on the JP looks to be a pan head #6 or #8 (32 TPI). It's the same screw that holds the cover of the coin tube.

Anyone know of a supplier of Jennings Club Chief light bulbs?
The jone that came out is labelled W55. I suspect that’s the unit #, not the wattage.

The W is for Westinghouse. This is an automotive bulb. Check with Autozone or equivalent.
